I originally contacted Dave Fletcher because I had heard about his method of achieving results by balancing your hormonal profile. My regular exercise routine had slipped and I had gained some unwanted body fat at the start of this year. With several important dates already in the diary for the second half of 2012 (including my wedding and singing at the closing ceremony at the Olympic Games in London), I needed the help of a specialist to make sure I was looking my best before appearing on camera, performing on stage and most important of all, wearing my wedding dress on my big day.


I started working with Dave back in early 2012 when I completed his six-week fat loss programme. The results were amazing. I have dropped a dress size (which was my original goal) and made a significant reduction in my overall body fat percentage. I felt so much leaner and stronger in just six weeks. Dave started with an assessment where he educated me about the relationship between hormones and fat loss. He told me which type of food plan would best suit my body type best aswell as which type of exercise routine I should be doing to achieve my goal. I have never heard such specific feedback from a Personal Trainer about my body and what I needed to do to make the changes I wanted. It was a revelation!


The training programme concentrated on a mixture of weight training, circuits and kickboxing, which Dave had suggested in the assessment would suit my body best. It was tough but I could feel it working week in week out. Food wise, the meal plans Dave gave me hit the mark and have definitely contributed to the results I have achieved.


I have continued to work with Dave since the initial six-week fat loss programme and he is now an integral part of my schedule. He has since helped me prepare for three West End roles including The BodyGaurd, Memphis and Cats. Working with Dave has allowed me to look and feel my best whilst performing on stage every night.
I am so pleased with the results and I highly recommend Dave Fletcher to anyone who is serious about changing their body shape, getting healthy and achieving their fitness goals. The results will speak for themselves in a very short space of time.
